After a very long time away from socializing in our once busy hall, many parishioners gathered on November 27th in the evening to enjoy a warm bowl of soup, bun, socializing and singing around the outdoor Christmas Tree. Huge thanks goes to everyone who donated money in order to pay for the lights. They look beautiful on our huge tree just outside the church doors. Thanks goes to the Men’s Club members who were happy to set up and take down the tables and chairs.  Reverend Liz was our soup director. Thanks to her and the kitchen crew for preparing our meal. Thank you to Russ for leading us in singing carols. It was a beautiful Advent eve. The weather cooperated so we were able to sing quite a few songs before being chased inside due to the cold. Special thanks also goes to everyone who joined us for the evening. It is our hope that this is the first of many social gatherings to come!
