We are very happy to share a very special honour one of our parishioners received this past week.
The Law Enforcement Review Agency officially named their boardroom the George V. Wright Boardroom at a dedication event on October 6, 2023.
George served Manitoba for over 50 years and in recognition of his long service and commitment to Manitobans, the LERA Boardroom is permanently being renamed in his honour. The boardroom will be adorned with a commemorative plaque and signage that will allow employees from across Manitoba Justice that regularly use the newly modernized and retrofitted boardroom to reflect upon Mr. Wright’s example of long tenure of leadership and dedication.
